I hope it's still h...Sorry for my lately reply. I hope it's still help. You should not worry about installed programs because it's still there. If you have downloaded an ISO file, you have to burn it to an USB or DVD and directly click on file "setup.exe" on that then choose upgrade and install it on your current windows. I have installed by that way and all of my programs are working perfectly right now. Except there is a tiny problem is the upgrade progress is really slow because windows have to move all of your installed programs folder to another place to keep it( there for you must be sure that your install partition has enough free space-more than 15GB is recommended). Beside, I recommend you choose "Upgrade this PC now" if you follow the "Using Microsoft Media Creation Tool" method. In my opinion, it's the best way to upgrade to windows 10( even better than the upgrade by windows update method).
